Proteomics pract report 8,9

hey people!! =) well, since we didnt do the MS experiment i guess we all dont know how to answer the 1st qn in the lab manual. so i called ms diong and asked her about it.

for the 1st qn, the precautions are:
1. mix sample and matrix well
2. make sure there are no bubbles
3. ensure that the spotted samples are completely dry before MS

please rewrite in your own words as much as possible :)

for the 2nd qn, you can find the answers of how MALDI works in the lecture notes for week six (6). so just do up your flow chart based on that. =)
