There's been a change of plans for Thursday(22.12.05). OCM is on leave, so there will be no bioprocess lectures. And William HOWs practical cannot be shifted. So class will start at 4pm and end at 5pm on Thursday, and 12pm-2pm on Friday. The present exchange will be on Friday, after the practical. Unless you all want to come earlier? =D

heyhey! how's everyone? :) well just a reminder that we have to hand in immuno pract report (ELISA) and bioprocess tutorial 7 on thursday.

we will be doing gift exchange and hot seat exercise on thursday after bioinfo pract at 12pm (bioinfo pract not confirmed yet though. will let u guys know again).

Here's the time table for tomorrow(Tuesday 20th Dec 05) if you are confused

9am - 11am: (Boring!) Protein Tech remember to do your reports for exp 4 and 5

11am - 1130am: Break refill for the rest of the day cause there will be no more official breaks

1130am - 1pm: Mol Gen Tut let her finish quickly please

1pm - 2pm: Bioinfo lecture by william HOW

2pm - 6pm: Lectures as usual *shakes head*

On another note, the exchange shall be done after bioinfo class on Friday.

There's been a change of plans. On Monday(19.12.05) school will start at 10.00am with Richard's Protein Tech Tutorial. Then we have our usual (sucky) Mol Gene for 2 hours. Then at 1pm, Micheal will come in and do the scheduled tutorial for this week. So at 2pm it's the end of class. Have a nice long weekend, and try to read your Bioprocess/Bioinfo =X

Antigen supernatant - 8 to 9 ml

Day 4
Concentrated, eluted antibody - 1 to 3 ml

depends on how much u think you got. each grp different, but around those ranges.
