Wednesday, June 29, 2005tasha =p Tuesday, June 28, 2005hahaz, yup :) btw, we will be meeting up after cell tech lecture tmr to discuss the talentime. we'll all go for a quick lunch and go to tutorial room by 12.30pm if possible. i hope that all of us will be there to give ideas, volunteer to act, dance, or find props ^.^ even if ure not planning to do anythg, let's all be there to do this as a class! ;) cheryl, ismath, yuhua, foongying and i will be meeting Dr Del at 2pm, but we'll be back after we're done meeting her. so yah... cya all tmr!! natasha! =op Monday, June 27, 2005talentime planning thursday 30 june 05 10.30 am tutorial room mb0401 cya there! tasha => Sunday, June 26, 2005-melf- Saturday, June 25, 2005i thot of doing a skit where we show how important parents are, and how much they love us. this is the outline: characters: parents, son (or daughter), son's friends, "fairy godmother/ fairy godfather". plot: -son didnt do hwk when parents asked him to, got grounded -son was in his room and his fairy godmother/ fairy godfather appeared -granted a wish, son wished that his parents would disappear -parents disappeared and son had a party at his house, invited his friends over -party went out of hand, friends drunk? vomitted all over house, made a mess n didnt clean up -friends went home, son was hungry -decided to cook something (goes off stage) -microwave oven exploded, son comes out all black with hair standing? -son calls fairy godmother/ fairy godfather in despair -fairy godmother/ fairy godfather appears -son wishes that parents would come back -parents appear and find the mess, son explains and apologises -parents forgive him and say that they love him -all three clean up the house together -the end- so how? give ur comments yah? :P and feel free to suggest changes =D tasha ^.^ we were thinking of meeting up in tutorial room this thursday at 12pm to do this, since we're free on thursday morning. it shd take abt an hour... then we can all go for lunch as a class! something that we havent done for ages... tasha =) ps: the song is courtesy of saz. the songmaster. So it is time to put on your thinking cap and show us your amazing feats. If the judges like it and the students like it, your class may be the winner this year. there are also food and refreshments. With 350 bucks worth of prizes up for grabs, what are you waiting for? Details of Performance: NYP Auditorium 6th July 2005 3.15 till end Performers: Minimum of 1 performer, capped at the whole class performing an item. A class may submit for than 1 group, but all team members must be from the same class. Performances: Students are allowed to perform ANY items, dance, skit, song, but NONE may include, nudity, racism and any other indecent behaviour that will cause the disgust in the people watching.Each performance is about 5 minutes, more time can be given, but must be notified early. Props: Props are prepared at the expense of the students performing the item. Only a limited number of chairs and tables and microphones are provided. Judging: A combination of judges and students votes. Dr Del has a project and she did ask for a few students to help out.
